BITRUS GYARAZAMA SANGA, J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment): In the High Court of Bayelsa State, Oporoma Judicial Division M. A. Ayemieye J. presiding, the Appellant filed Suit No. OHC/8/2013 against the Respondent via a Writ of Summons dated 23rd March, 2013 and a Further Amended Statement of Claim dated 2nd June, 2014.
