MODUPE FASANMI, J.C.A.(Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is an application filed by the Respondents/Applicant on the 16th of January 2017 praying for the discretionary power of this Court to be entertained in their favour by extending the time within which the Respondents/Applicants could file Notice to affirm the decision of the Court on ground other than what the decision of the trial Court is based upon.
The application is supported by a twenty-four paragraph affidavit deposed to by Bamibe Samuel of the United Bank for Africa Plc., Dugbe Ibadan Oyo State.
