JUDGMENT
The plaintiffs claim against the defendants an order to compel defendants to construct an alternate family house, for all the children, grandchildren and relatives of Alimo Fofo family.
Or in the alternative an order that defendants pay the GHC33, 500 into court and same to be invested in an interest yielding account until the construction of the family house is ready to commerce.
General damages for breach of contract.
CASE OF THE PLAINTIFF
Parties are family members tracing their root to their ancestors the Alimo Fofo family. It is the case of the plaintiffs that by a suit entitled James Tetteh Mensa and 3ORS v. GIFTY TSOTSOO MENSAH with suit no. BC 391/2008, the defendant (the 2nd plaintiff herein) lost the case and paid GHC33, 500 into Court in satisfaction of the judgment debt.
