JUDGMENT

The Plaintiff on 4 day of August 2023 caused to issue a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim on the Defendant claiming against them the following Reliefs;

  1. An order directed at the Defendant to pay the Plaintiff an amount of GH¢136,928.00 being the amount due to the Plaintiff from the purchase of outer covers from the Plaintiff by the Defendant.

  2. An order directed at the Defendant to pay interest on the said amount of GH¢136,928.00 due from the 14 day of October 2017 to the last day of payment.

  3. Cost

The Plaintiff is an entrepreneur and trades under the name AKAMAT 7:7 Enterprise which deals in ventures as outer covers (tyres), furniture and stationery.

It is the case of the Plaintiff that somewhere during 2016, 2017 and 2018 he supplied a quantity of lorry tyres (outer covers and inner tubes) to the Defendant using purchase orders to the time of GH¢143,328.00 as at October 2019.
