JUDGMENT 

The wife/Petitioner seeks the dissolution of the marriage contracted between herself and the  Respondent and prays per the following reliefs: 

a. An order dissolving the marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent

b. A declaration of title to the matrimonial home house/plot no. BCG 326 B Golf City,  Tema. 

c. An order restraining the Respondent his servant, agents or assigns from entering the  matrimonial home claimed exclusively by the Petitioner and from harassing the  Petitioner or her twin sons Kifle and Kidane. 

d. An order that the Respondent pay the costs of this Petition. 

e. Any Other Relief as the Court seems meet. 

The Respondent on the other hand prays for the following reliefs: 

a. An order for dissolution of the marriage with the Petitioner. 

b. That the land and house thereon situate at Golf City, Tema which is the matrimonial  home be shared equally among the parties. 

c. Cost including Solicitor’s cost. 

d. Any other order(s) this honourable Court may deem fit…
