This is an appeal against the Judgment of the High Court of Lagos State, Coram: O. Atinuke Ipaye J., in Charge No: ID/342C/2014: The State of Lagos v. Eiche Mendrick delivered on 23/6/2016, wherein the Appellant, as Defendant, was convicted of the offences of Conspiracy to commit Armed Robbery and Armed Robbery and sentenced to death by hanging.
The Appellant was peeved with the said judgment of the Court below and had appealed against the said judgment vide his notice of appeal filed on 11/8/2016 on six grounds at pages 147-150 of the record of appeal.
