JUDGMENT
The plaintiffs caused a writ of summons to be issued against the 1st 2nd and 3rd defendants herein on 16th day of February 2012. Per an order of this Court one Samuel Adjei who applied was joined to this action as the 4th defendant. Per their amended Writ and amended Statement of Claim filed on the 29th day of May, 2012 the plaintiffs’ claims are as follows:
a. “An order for the eviction of the defendants from House N0 C690/3 3rd Crescent, situate at Asylum Down Accra;
b. An order for Recovery of Possession of House N0. C690/3 3rd Crescent, situate at Asylum Down Accra;
c. An order for the payment of rent from August 2010, till the day defendants quit the property;
d. Mesne profits.
The plaintiffs’ claim against the 4th defendant is for:
