JUDGMENT: 

By his amended Writ of Summons and Statement of claim, the Plaintiff claims the following reliefs against the Defendant;  

a. Title to the parcel of land lying and being at Ngleshie Amanfrom bounded on the East by a proposed road measuring 348.22ft more or less, on the North by the proposed road measuring 200. 66 ft. more or less, on the South by a land measuring 200 .86 ft. more or less, on the West by proposed road measuring 346.24 feet more or less and covering  an approximate area of 1.60 acre. 

b. An order for recovery of land described in (a) above.

c. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, his agents, assigns etc. from dealing in anyway whatsoever with the Plaintiff’s land and so give Plaintiff enjoyment of same.  

d. General damages for trespass. 

e. Cost.
