BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos State, Coram: O. O. Femi-Adeniyi J., in Suit No. LD/672/2010: Prince (Igoh Michael (Formerly known as Prince Ugochuhwu Enyia) v. Access Bank of Nigeria Plc, (Formerly Intercontinental Bank Plc) delivered on 13/3/2013, in which the Claims of the Appellant as Claimant were dismissed, while part of the counter claim of the Respondent as Defendant/counter claimant was granted.

The Appellant who was thoroughly dissatisfied with said judgment, even though part of the Respondent's counter claim was also dismissed, had appealed to this Court vide his Notice of Appeal filed on 13/6/2013 on five grounds of appeal at pages 308-311 of the Record of Appeal. The Record of Appeal was deemed duly transmitted to this Court on 13/2/2017. The Appellant's brief was filed on 6/3/2015 but deemed properly filed on 13/2/2017.
