YARGATA BYENCHIT NIMPAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the ruling of the High Court of Lagos sitting at Ikeja judicial division and delivered by HONOURABLE JUSTICE ISMAIL.O. IJELU on the 23rd of February, 2024 in Suit ID/21559C/2023. The ruling dismissed the Appellant’s preliminary objection taken on the ground that the Court below lacked jurisdiction to entertain the charge on him and others charged along with the Appellant. The Court below overruled and held that the Appellant be produced in Court to take his plea.
