MUSDAPHER, J.C.A.: (Delivering the Leading Ruling): The learned Senior Advocate, Chief Chigbue moved in terms of motion paper - which prayed for:

(1)"An order of the court directing a departure from the rules of the court so that the appeal filed herein by the appellant/applicant may be heard and determined on the bundle of documents. And such additional documents as may be ordered or directed to be filed by the parties.

(2)An order abridging the time for filing briefs of arguments.

(3)An order for accelerating the hearing of the appeal"
