MOHAMMED LAWAL ABUBAKAR, JCA(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the decision of the High Court of Adamawa State, sitting at the Yola Judicial Division, Adamawa State delivered on the 3rd day of February 2017 (page 90 of the record) Coram: I. K. Banu, CJ; in ADSM/1C/2013, State V. Audu Mishigu wherein the trial Court tried and convicted the Appellant for Culpable Homicide and then sentenced him to death by hanging. Being dissatisfied, the Appellant has brought this Appeal upon 4 grounds.
SUMMARY OF APPELLANT’S CASE
The Appellant was charged with the offence of culpable homicide contrary to and punishable under Section 221(b) of the Penal Code Laws of Adamawa State. 1997.
