 ESSIEN J (DELIVERING THE JUDGMENT): By a complaint dated and filed on the 14/5/2018 the claimant sought the following reliefs from this court:-

1. The sum of ₦140,000.00 (One Hundred and Forty Thousand Naira) being the amount owed the claimant as accumulated arrears o-f salaries for the months of November and December 2017, January and half of February, 2018 at the rate of ₦40,000.00 (Forty Thousand Naira) per month as agreed in the letter of offer of employment dated May 2, 2017;
2. Interest on the above sum at the rate of 21 % per annum from the 16^th day of February, 2018 till the date of judgment and at the rate of 10% Per annum from the date of judgment till total liquidation.
3. The sum of ₦500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) as cost of action.
