MUNTAKA-COOMASSIE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The respondents, who were the plaintiffs in the High Court of Justice Ilorin, corum Gbadeyan J. claimed in their writ of summons, which was placed on the undefended list, against the appellant as follows:-
