JUDGMENT 

The Plaintiff, Movingui Investments Ltd, caused a writ of summons to be issued out of the  Registry this Court against the Defendants for the following reliefs: 

a) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Nmai Dzorn-Accra and bounded on the North East by existing road measuring 100  feet more or less on the North West by Family land measuring 10 feet more or less,  on the South East by proposed road measuring 270 feet more or less on the South West by School Site measuring 270 feet more or less and containing an approximate area of 0.61 acre more or less. 

b) Recovery of possession and enjoyment of Defendants 

c) Damages for trespass 

d) Perpetual Injunction restraining Defendants, their agents, assigns, workmen etc. from interfering in anyway with Plaintiff’s enjoyment of the above land
