ESSIEN J (DELIVERING THE RULING): The judgment creditor/applicant by a motion dated 16th March, 2017 and filed on the 17th March, 2017 sought an order of this court directing the judgment debtor/Respondent to pay to the judgment creditor/applicant all his salaries, wages, entitlement and benefits due to him from the date of dismissal i.e the 23rd August, 2011 as stated in the judgment of Hon. Justice A. Ibrahim at page 11 of Exhibit OM1 to the affidavit in support.

He also sought an order that from the terms of the above stated relief drawn from the third order made in the judgment of 10th December, 2015 Exhibit OM1, that the judgment creditor is entitled via a schedule of breakdown of the salaries and wages attached as Exhibit OM6 to the sum of ₦43,441,190.93.
