ESSIEN J (DELIVERING THE RULING): The judgment Creditor/Applicant by a motion Ex-parte brought pursuant to section 83(1) of the sheriffs and civil process Act, CAP S6 LFN and Order viii of the Judgment Enforcement Rules and the Rules of the National Industrial Court, the applicant sought the following orders from this court.
1. An Order for a Garnishee order nisi attaching the sum of USD 4,877 (Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Seven US Dollars) being outstanding 10% interest for three months (10th of March – 8th of June 2017) ordered on the judgment sum of USD 16,290 (sixteen Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety US Dollars) awarded in Suit No. NICN/EN/293/2013, due to the judgment creditor/applicant and standing to the credit of the judgment debtor in her account with the Garnishees.
