This suit was commenced by way of a General form of Complaint filed on the 9th of July, 2018along with a verifying affidavit, statement of claim, list of witnesses, witness statement on oath, list of documents and copies of the listed documents to be used at trial. The said complaint and accompanying processes were amended with the amended copies filed on the 20th of February, 2019.
Arising from the amended Complaint and Statement of fact, the Claimant’s claims against the Defendant are:
(A) The sum of Six Million, Three Hundred and Twenty Three Thousand One hundred and Sixty Two Naira (N6,323,162.00) only being and representing the claimant’s salary due and payable but remained unpaid by the defendant from the months of September 2015 to December 2017.
(B) The sum of Nine Hundred and Sixty Thousand Naira (N960,000.00) only being and representing the claimant’s yearly leave allowances and family medical allowances due, accrued, payable but remained unpaid by the defendant from year 2016…
