JUDGMENT

ANKUMAH, J.

Plaintiff per her Amended writ is seeking the following reliefs: 

1. “Forfeiture of the lease made on 18th September 2008 between  the plaintiff and the defendant in respect of No.70 Volta Street,  Airport Residential area, Accra 

2. Recovery of possession of the said property 

3. Damages for breach of covenant 

4. Special damages in the sum of US$500,000 being cost of putting  up a five bedroom one storey building with amenities to the  specifications of the one demolished by the defendant .

5. Mensne profits from the date of the service of the writ of  summons to the date of delivery of possession.” 

Plaintiff is the owner of the property known as No. 70 Volta Street,  Airport Residential area, Accra. Defendant is her tenant. The property  consisted of two sets of buildings.
