J U D G M E N T 

Mrs. Benedicta Kugblenu-Galley, (here-in-after called the Petitioner) contracted a marriage with Mr. Gabriel Galley (here-in-after called the Respondent) under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) on the 23rd day of  December, 2006 at the Assemblies of God Church, North Kaneshie, Accra. 

This petition was filed on the 17th day of October 2014 for the following  reliefs: 

i) That the said celebrated marriage between the parties be dissolved.

ii) That the Respondent be ordered to make to the Petitioner such maintenance pending suit and thereafter such periodic payments as may  be just. 

iii) That the Respondent be ordered to pay in the alternative to the Petitioner a lump sum of twenty thousand Ghana cedis. 

iv) That the Respondent be ordered to pay costs of and incidental to this  suit. 

v) Such further order(s) as this honourable court may deem fit.
