JUDGMENT

ASUMAN-ADU, J.

On 9^th October, 2006 the plaintiff herein issued out Writ of Summons against the Defendant claiming as follows:

“1. A declaration that the building, lying, situate and being at and numbered B 335/22, North-Kaneshie, Accra was financed solely by the Plaintiff without any contribution whatsoever by the Defendant.

2. A declaration that the land lying, situate and being at Abosey-Okai (Korle Lagoon Area) was solely acquired by the Plaintiff herein without any contribution by any other person nor the Defendant.

3. An order directing the Defendant to immediately transfer and or prepare all necessary and relevant documents on the building numbered B 335/22, North Kaneshie, Accra and the parcel of land at Abossey-Okai (Korle Lagoon Area) whose schedule is particularly delineated in the accompanying Statement of Claim into the name of the Plaintiff herein.”
