JUDGMENT

The Petitioner herein filed a petition against the Respondent on 7th February 2008 for the following reliefs:

that the marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent be dissolved;

that the Petitioner be granted custody of the children of the marriage;

that the Respondent be ordered to pay maintenance to Petitioner for the upkeep of the Petitioner and the children during and after the suit;

that half of the properties listed at paragraph 10 of the petition herein be declared in favour of Petitioner

that Respondent be restrained from alienating, disposing of and/or transferring any interest in the properties listed at paragraph 10 of this petition or in anyway, parting with possession of them to any person; and

any or further order as to this Court may seem fit.
