LATEEF ADEBAYO GANIYU, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an Appeal against the judgment of the National and State Houses of Assembly Election Tribunal Holden at Dutse, Jigawa State, Coram: Hon. Justice A. A Okeke (Chairman), Hon. Justice Kadi I. D Yusuf (Member 1), and Hon. Justice A. A Adewole (Member II) delivered on 30th Day of October, 2023 wherein the trial Tribunal dismissed the Appellants' petition on the ground that they failed to prove same as required by the law.
Miffed by the decision of the trial Tribunal, the Appellants lodged an Appeal before this court vide Notice of Appeal dated and filed 17th November, 2023 wherein they set-out ten (10) grounds of Appeal.
