UGOCHUKWU ANTHONY OGAKWU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos State delivered by Sonaike, J. on 23rd June 2017. The Respondent, as Claimant before the lower Court claimed the following reliefs by its Further Amended Statement of Claim:
