Judgment.
The appellant Justus Odomo Munyole and six others were jointly arraigned of four counts of robbery with violence contrary to section 296 (1) of the Penal Code, the allegation under each count being that on the 15th day of April 1983 at Muluanda areas of Kisa Location Kakamega District, the appellant together with six others jointly with others not before court on the material day robbed with violence the four complainants that is to say Phibi Amukhuma (count one), Samuel Juma (Count two), Zadock Andanje (Count three) and Joseph Amoni (Count four) of various household articles particularized under each of the offences in counts 1,2 and 4 and sentences to 7 years’ imprisonment, the sentence to be served concurrently, plus fi…
