JUDGMENT

Plaintiff commenced the instant action by filing a writ of summons together with a statement of claim on 1st April, 2009 for the following reliefs:

i. A declaration that Plaintiff’s dismissal is wrongful.

ii. A declaration that Plaintiff having been wrongfully dismissed is entitled to be paid all his accumulated salaries and benefits as well as entitlements from 28/11/08 when Plaintiff was dismissed up to date of judgment.

iii. An order that Defendant pays immediately to Plaintiff all outstanding salaries, benefits and entitlements including Provident Fund contribution accruing to him from date of dismissal up to the date of final judgment.

iv. An order that Defendant pays interest at the prevailing bank rate on all sums of money as per reliefs (ii) and (iii) above from 28/11/08 when Plaintiff was dismissed up to date of final payment.
