On 30/5/2022, the Applicants/Respondents [hereinafter referred to as Applicants] filed an application for the grant of letters of administration to administer the estate of the late Emmie Davis Apraku, who died intestate on 10th January 2022. In the affidavit in support of the said application for letters of administration, the 1st applicant described herself as the spouse of the deceased, while the 2nd applicant described herself as a daughter of the deceased.

The said application for letters of administration to administer the estate of the late Emmie Davis Apraku was granted on 06/06/2022 by Justice Daniel K. Obeng, subject to the posting of notices for 21 days on H/No. Plot 17, Asokore Mampong and on the notice board of the High Court Kumasi.
