BY COURT:

The Appellant sought to argue an additional ground of appeal which, upon objection raised, was disallowed. The appellant then abandoned all other grounds of appeal and said he had nothing more to say. The appellant now contends that the pursuant dismissal of his appeal was against the weight of the evidence. We do not see how such an issue could arise after the appellant had in effect abandoned the appeal.

We dismiss this appeal.
