JUDGMENT
The Plaintiff on 6th October 2015 issued out a writ of summons and statement of claim against the Defendants for the reliefs of:
a. Declaration that the Plaintiffs are owners in possession of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
b. Recovery of possession of any part of the land that the Defendants have entered and will have entered before the determination of this suit.
c. An order of perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendants, their agents, workmen, servants, assigns whosoever from entering the land or interfering in any manner whatsoever with the Plaintiffs possession and enjoyment of it.
d. General damages for trespass.
e. Costs.
The Defendants resisted it by filing a Statement of Defence on 4th November 2015 and counterclaimed for the following:
