JUDGMENT
On 30th January 2024, the Plaintiff approached the civil altar of this Court with the instant suit commenced by the issuance of a writ of summons and an accompanying statement of claim. The writ was subsequently amended on 7th October 2024. By the amended writ, the Plaintiff sought the following reliefs against the Defendants:
“(a) A declaration of title to all that parcel of land situate, lying and being at Gomoa Dasum in the Central Region containing an approximate area of 76 acres or 30.75 hectare more or less and bounded on the North-East by the Plaintiff's family land measuring 2,582 feet more or less, on the South-East by the Plaintiff's family land measuring 2,334 feet more or less, on the South-West by the Plaintiff's family land measuring 2,219 feet more or less, on the North-West by a proposed road measuring 2,201 feet more or less.
