JUDGMENT
BY COURT:
The parties to the instant suit have resolved their differences at the CCADR and a report dated 23/04/2024 has been filed which contains terms of settlement to be adopted by the court. In view of that the court hereby enters the terms signed by the parties dated and filed on the 29/04/2024 as Consent Judgment between the parties. Case is struck out as having been settled. No order as to cost. I wish to thank the parties and their lawyers for their cooperation in having this matter settled amicably thereby reducing the work load of the court.
