JUDGMENT  

The Plaintiff per her “Further Amended Writ of Summons” filed on 11th April  2014 claims the following reliefs: 

i. “Declaration of title to all that piece of land situate…at Achimota – Accra containing an approximate area of 0.21 acre more or less  and bounded on the North-West by Assignor’s land measuring 100  feet more or less on the North–East by Assignor’s land measuring  115 feet more or less on the North–East by proposed road  measuring 90 feet more or less on the South-West by Assignor’s  land measuring 80 feet more or less. 

ii. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendant, agents, assigns, workmen and privies from interfering in whatever form with plaintiff’s quiet enjoyment of the said land. 

iii. An order for defendant to pay plaintiff special damages for  destruction of foundation infrastructure for six (6) shops valued at  GH¢57, 400.
