RULING

By Rule 75 of the Court of Appeal Rules, a person wishing to appeal a decision of any superior court below to this Court must start by giving a notice of that intention by lodging such a notice with the registrar of the superior court below within 14 days of the date of the decision against which it is desired to appeal.
