J U D G M E N T
The plaintiff per his counsel commenced the instant action against the defendants on 7th February, 2012 by filing writ of summons and the accompanying statement of claim for the following reliefs:
a. An order for the court to compel the 1st defendant and all other persons claiming through him to surrender vacant possession of the premises to the plaintiff, the lawful attorney of Kodzo Dobosu.
b. An order of the court that 1st defendant has illegally acquired the said property from Patrick Larweh who has no power to sell. c. That the 1st defendant should recover all sums of money paid from Patrick Larweh.
d. That an order of the court be made to the 2nd defendant of the Crime Unit of the Regional Police Headquarters who is aiding and abetting the defendant be attached as a party to this suit.
