Momsisuri Bemare Odo, J., Evaristus Paul, J., and Adabala Dicholas, J., which set aside the judgment of Upper Area Court, Gombi (trial Court) in Suit No: UAC/GMB/ADJS/85/2021 delivered by Hon.
