IGE, JCA. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The Applicants have applied to this Court by way of a motion on notice filed on 8th July, 1999, for the following orders:-
“An Order of the Honourable Court staying the execution of the Orders made by this Honourable Court on May 18, 1999 on the Appellants/Applicants’ application for a variation of the conditions of stay of execution made by the lower court, and consequently staying the execution and/or further execution of the judgment of the lower court delivered on June 20, 1997,pending the determination of the appeal filed against the decision of this Honourable Court contained in a Ruling delivered on July 6, 1999.
