“That you, George Ohioma, male, adult, legal practitioner of 30 Bombay Crescent, Apapa, Lagos State, collected the sum of N100,000.00 from your client, (petitioner) from Mr. Bartholomew Alugwe, of B. A. Investment Ltd., as part payment of a debt owed by your client to be paid to one Mr. Luke Agbokinain charge No. A/129/02 – Commissioner of Police v. Bartholomew Alugwe, but which you refused to do as instructed and failed/and or neglected to refund the money to your client contrary to Rules 1, 21 and 24 of the Rules of Professional Conduct in the Legal Profession, 1975 and Rules 1, 14 (1), 18 (2), 23 of the Rules of Professional Conduct for the Legal Practitioners, 2007 and liable under section 12(…
