FINAL DIRECTIONS

1. This matter started with the petition of Mrs. Omotayo S. Oluleye, trading under the name and style of Samvour Nigerian Enterprise dated 18 January 2010, addressed to the Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association i.e. Nigerian Bar Association Disciplinary Committee of the North Central Zone. It was against one Mr. Temidayo Eseyin of No 10 Offa Road, G.R.A Ilorin, over ‘unprofessional and unethical practices in the recovery of judgment sum of N155,342,600.00 (one hundred and fifty-five million, three hundred and forty-two thousand, six hundred naira) in suit No. KWS/83/09’.
