JUDGMENT
Plaintiff commenced the instant action against the defendants by filing a writ of summons together with a statement of claim pleading for the following reliefs:
Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land described in the schedule attached to the statement of claim.
An order directed at the defendants to remove their kiosks and containers from plaintiff’s land.
Recovery of possession.
4. Damages for trespass.
The defendants, however, denied plaintiff’s claim in a further amended statement of defence and counterclaim pursuant to leave granted by this court on 3rd March, 2014 filed on 11th March, 2014.
