J U D G M E N T
Plaintiff commenced the instant action by issuing writ of summons and statement of claim against defendants on 3rd March, 2016 for the following reliefs:
(a) Declaration of title to the property identified as all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Abossey Okai/Mataheko in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana covering approximately 0.09 acre(s) more or less and bounded on the North East by a proposed road measuring 44.9 feet more or less on the North West by Lessor’s land measuring 75.5 feet more or less on the South East by Lessor’s land measuring 54.6 feet more or less, on the North West by a proposed road measuring 76.0 feet more or less.
(b) An order for the revocation or cancellation of the entry of the names of the defendants in the record of the 4th defendant in respect of the property.
