RULING
This Court then constituted by His Lordship Uuter Paul Derry on 21stJune,2013 granted an order for interlocutory injunction whereby both parties in this case by themselves, their worker, servants, assigns were restrained from going unto the disputed land for any development pending the final determination of the suit. The instant application is seeking an order from the Court directed at the Greater-Accra Regional Police Command to assist the Court in implementing this injunction order. In principle all the parties appear to agree to all the much needed police intervention to ensure absolute compliance with the Order. However, the 3rd Plaintiff in particular claims they have obtained a Judgment of the High Court and the Court of Appeal where about 183.46 acres of the land had been adjudged as theirs and so the police intervention being solicited should not be made to affect that land.
