JUDGMENT
Nizar Hudani (the appellant herein), has filed this appeal against the judgment of Bor J dated 25th January 2018.
The appeal arises from a suit that had been filed at Environment and Land Court in Nairobi in 2017, in which the appellant had sought inter alia “against the first defendant an order for specific performance directing the first defendant to specifically perform her obligations under the sale agreement dated 17th July 2006 with all such orders and directions as may be necessary to effectually vest the title of the property known as Land Reference number 7785/793 (original number7785/2/12) in the plaintiff and for transfer thereof in the plaintiff’s name.”
