MASSOUD ABDULRAHMAN OREDOLA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of High Court of Abia State sitting at Obehie, coram: Hon. Justice S. N. Imo, J., (hereinafter referred to as the lower Court and learned trial judge, respectively), delivered on the 8th day of December, 2005.
The suit which gave rise to this appeal was commenced by the plaintiff/appellant (hereinafter referred to as the appellant), wherein the appellant by his writ of summons and subsequent statement of claim, sought for the grant of the following reliefs jointly and severally against the respondents:
