KEKERE-EKUN JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By a motion on notice dated 30/1/04 and filed in this court on 4/2/04 the applicants seek the following reliefs: An order extending the time within which the applicants shall seek leave to appeal against the ruling/judgment of the lower court delivered on 9th April, 2003 in suit No. FHC/KD/CP/7/ 03.
