RULING
This notice of motion is brought under rules 1 (2), 4, 74 and 81 (1) of the Court of Appeal Rules (the rules). Narodhco Kenya Ltd (the applicant) is seeking an order of the court to extend the time for filing the notice of appeal and the record of appeal. The facts giving rise to this motion are that in 1994 the respondent sued the applicant for goods sold and delivered amounting to Shs. 1,500,000/=.
