RULING 

On 27 October 2021, the 1, 2 and 3 Respondents/Applicants (hereinafter called the Applicants) filed motion on notice for Interlocutory Injunction pending the determination of this suit. They also prayed for further order restraining the Applicant/Respondent (the Respondent), Salem Nahlous, the General Manager of the 5 Respondent Company, Jamil Mouganie and the 5 Respondent’s officers, agents or assigns from doing the following acts pending the final determinate of this matter.

a. Reversing the termination or dismissal of Jamil Mouganie or any other persons lawfully dismissed by the 5 Respondent through the 3 Applicant before the present suit.

b. Paying Jamil Mouganie, a salary or permitting him to enjoy any employment benefits/entitlements of the 5 Respondent Company.

c. Permitting persons dismissed by the 5 Respondent including Jamil Mouganie from accessing the premises of the 5 Respondent Company, its books, records and assets.

d. Allowing the said Jamil Mouganie to hold himself …
