JUDGMENT 

BY COURT: On 15th April, 2011 the Plaintiffs in their capacity as shiitse and  acting mankralo of Nungua , issued out this writ against the  

defendants and claimed the following reliefs: 

a) Declaration of Title to parcel of land situate at Awikoona, Nungua, and more  particularly described in the statement of claim. 

b) Recovery of Possession 

c) Damages for trespass 

d) Perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendants whether by themselves or their  agents, assigns, servants, personal representatives, workmen from developing  and or having anything to do with the land in dispute. 

In the statement of claim that accompanied the writ of summons, the plaintiffs  pleaded that the community shrine, known and called the Krowekoo shrine is situate  on the land in dispute since the missing of Numo Borketey Lawarh several years ago.
