“A. An order of extension of time within which to seek leave to appeal against the judgment by the justices (sic) of the Customary Court of Appeal of Imo State (sic) as led by Hon. Justice Christiana Ukachi Anwukah (acting president) (of blessed memory) on the 15th day of June, 2018 in this Appeal No. CCA/OW/A/105/2017 between Elder Livinus Nwachukwu and Samuel Ndukwu

B. An order of leave to appeal against the said judgment delivered in the aforesaid Appeal No: CCA/OW/A/105/2017 by the aforesaid justices (sic) of the Customary Court of Appeal Owerri, Imo State.

C. Extension of time within which to appeal against the aforesaid judgment as cited above.”
