MOHAMMED LAWAL ABUBAKAR, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Adamawa State, sitting in Yola delivered by Hon. Justice Nathan Musa on the 29/07/2020 in Suit Number ADSM/32/2013.
The Appellant as Plaintiff at the lower court claimed against the Respondent via a writ of summons as follows:
