1. AN ORDER to amend the Notice of Appeal in the manner attached to the Affidavit accompanying the application.

2. AN ORDER to join FIRST BANK OF NIGERIA LIMITED

3. AN ORDER to join FBN HOLDINGS PLC

4. AN ORDER deeming the Records of Appeal and at the processes in this Appeal as properly filed.

AND FOR SUCH FURTHER and/or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances.

The grounds of the application are as follows:

a. The Appellant wish to amend the reliefs sought.

b. The Respondent (First Bank of Nigeria plc) has changed its name from First Bank of Nigeria Plc to First Bank of Nigeria Ltd.

c. The 1st Respondent has obtained a new certificate of Incorporation dated 16th April, 2013 and informed the Appellant by way of Affidavit dated 1st day of August, 2016 and (sic) is now First Bank Nigeria L…
